Waist measures 15" from side to side lying flat and length is approximately 18". Skort has one right side seam pocket and one back pocket with a button closure.

I ship out within 24 hours after payment is received except on Sundays and holidays. Most items are shipped out first class or priority mail depending on weight. I can not be responsible for delays after it is in the hands of the post office so if your package is taking  longer than expected please check the tracking through the tracking number that is provided as soon as I put your item in the mail. In most cases your item arrives in a few days but I've had a couple instances when they have taken longer due to no fault of mine but a delay within the postal service.
