VTG Silk Shantung Coat Dress Reversible Coat Coral Cream Applique

From my vintage wear is an ensemble not worn in eons made in the Sixties.  It's 100% silk shantung not counting the applique, the colors are a deep coral and cream, and the coat is reversible.  The cuffs can be changed depending on which side is out and it has a long.  The dress is lined and has 23 inch zipper with a self fabric belt that may be tied in front or in the back; it fits through crocheted belt loops.  The dress is has a 38 inch breast, a 28 inch waist, and it's 38 inches from the back of the neck to the hem.  The slightly dropped neck is 18 1/2 inches and the coat's sleeves are 28 inches long along the shoulder.  The coat is somewhat larger than the dress.  There are 2 minor horizontal faded stains on the front.
