A very nice coat from an estate.
I found no spots, stains or damage to this coat in my inspection.  It shows normal signs of age and previous use.  It will need a basic cleaning before first use.
Aside from the down fill, I don't know what the fabric is made of.
It says it is size 14, which is probably big compared to today's size 14, so here are the measurements (measured on the outside):
24" armpit to armpit at the bottom
23" at the waist (the narrowest point at the 4th button down including the collar button)
34" high from the top of the collar to the bottom of the coat
26" wide at the bottom
19" sleeves from the armpit to the end along the bottom of the sleeve
