Vintage 1940s coat light green celluloid buttons large shoulders Bust 38

Description

Vintage 1940s coat, large shoulders, celluloid buttons.  A shade of green, I would call it pistachio.  The buttons were set over to make the jacket a little bigger, there are 2 spots where the buttons previously were, see photos.  It leaves a small gap in the front.  Buttons could be reset, of course.
A couple of moth nibbles on the back, and a hole in the folds at the shoulder in front, see photos.  One of the buttons has a couple of spots where it looks like it started to melt, see photo.

Sleeves 22 1/2"
Waist 30" as is it, 28" if moved back to the original spot
