This complete King Chrome alternator dress up kit includes a chrome housing, chrome bolts, chrome fan, and chrome pulley. All components are hand polished to a high luster prior to applying the show-quality triple chrome finish.
Works with GM Delco-Remy 10SI alternators (all internally regulated) found in almost all 1969-1985 Chevy, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac vehicles.

Summary:
This is a great kit if you want more bling under your hood and want to save a few bucks. If your alternator is in good shape already (mine was a rebuilt unit), and you just want to improve the appearance, this will get you there for half the cost. One warning: be prepared to chase the threads with a tap if the fasteners do not go in smoothly. I had trouble with one bolt hole - had I spent 5 minutes with a tap things would have gone much smoother. I broke a bolt - took a while to get the old piece out...then tap the hole. Otherwise, smooth as silk and it looks fabulous.
Cons:
chrome in the bolt holes can be a bummer.

Summary:
If you don't need more amps then this is an excellent product to replace a drab alternator with a chrome one at half the cost. Easy disassembly and assembly.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If within 60 days after you receive your shipment and you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a refund. Refunds will be processed (1-2) days after the item is received by Speedway. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations. A restocking fee up to 15% may be applied if items are not in new condition.
Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If the items being returned need to be repackaged, there will be a repacking charge. Repack the item in a sturdy box, include a copy of your invoice and complete the form on the back of the invoice. You must ship orders back PREPAID. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS.
