Kawasaki KX500 Complete Engine 1997

Description

Kawasaki KX500 Complete Engine 1997. Comes with coil and ignition box - and nothing else not in the pictures. I bought the bare engine for a project 6 years ago - never did anything with it. Removed the head to check out the cylinder - it is within 0.0001" (Yes, that close) of the standard bore dimension and appears to be in good shape - no signs of porting or any other butchering. All of the engine mounts are in good condition. No stripped or broken drain plug holes. It looks great through the reed valve port into the crankcase.
A previous owner cracked and epoxied the clutch cover (See last picture). This is a 25 year old 2-stroke engine - it's in good shape for its age, but it should still be gone through.
Will ship in a small wooden crate UPS - pickup is an option - it weighs 60 lbs.
