Harley Davidson Iron Head sportster XLH motor and frame

I am selling my 1970 XLH project bike I intended to restore back to stock but I am just too busy. I bought this bike on a whim locally three years ago, the last owner told me he had a local shop do some top end work honing the cylinders, replacing the rings and installing a new starter. After I got the bike home I started it a few times and the motor sounded strong. I then began the dismantling process stopping short of removing the motor and wiring harness. My intent was to detail the externals of the motor and frame, then begin the cosmetic restoration bringing it back to stock condition with many original parts I squirreled away NOT INCLUDED! . If you have the time and enjoy a fun project this would be a fun project to take in any direction you like. The motor and frame numbers match and I have a clean clear title in my name.  It looks like the serial numbers have been re issued at some point. I had the Illinois state police check the serial numbers and sign a letter to the DMV to be on the safe side before the DMV issued me the new title in my name so everything is in order and ready for the restoration to move forward. It has a S&S super B Carburetor and manifold that seemed to work fine but will Need a rebuild kit, I have a stock carb for it as well.  I included a photo  before I disassembled the bike.
The original restoration parts I have collected in boxes ARE NOT INCLUDED!  They are too hard to find, however I may sell all of them in a separate sale. Too much to list at this time  Complete wired original handle bars with grips and switches, aluminum rims, new rear fender in box, original black swing arm, black painted battery box, new chrome battery covers, new regular, original chain guard, fender struts, buddy seat, new head light terminal, original chrome gauges with housing, head light visor, lower chrome front end legs, dampeners and  springs, wheel axles and hardware, “SPORTSTER” gas tank decals. Gas cap, horn, complete original staggered duel exhaust system on and on!
WHAT IS FOR SALE: motor installed in the original 1970 frame with the original wiring harness, ignition switch, regular, brake light switch, super B Carb with manifold and air cleaner (needs rebuilding) upper and lower trees. Original clutch cable installed. Original oil tank, after market exhaust pipes, old front and back wheels with brake hubs sprocket hubs. Everything you see in the DISASSEMBLED PICTURES except the gas tank, foot pegs and kick stand. .  Local pick up only, Buyer must arrange and pay for all related shipping, crating of item, pick up and sales tax. Sold as is condition.
