Order Processing Times
Orders will ship within one business day of receiving payment. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the order ships.
Shipping Discounts
We offer FREE shipping on US orders over .95! (This does not apply to tires, over sized or very heavy items.) For international orders we offer a combined shipping discount when you purchase more than one item.
Return/Exchange Policy
If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase you may return or exchange the product within 60 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in re-sellable condition and include all original packaging and tags. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
All you have to do is send the product back to us, include a copy of the invoice, and write a brief note explaining the exchange or return. When it arrives we will get it processed within 2 to 5 business days and either issue a refund or send out the exchange.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive free shipping and return your order shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
For exchanges we will cover shipping costs back to you within the continental US. If you are outside of the continental US you are responsible for return shipping costs. If you send back an item for an exchange we cannot ship the replacement product until the original item has been received.
Warranty Claims
We will assist with warranty issues; however, all warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be held responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing.
