About the seller:
I, personally, stock these CDs at my own location. I do not have CDs drop shipped. These are 100% genuine CDs. No bootlegs, pirated discs or knock offs. All my CDs come from reputable, well known distributors and distribution centers. I do not deal with sketchy distributors or sketchy merchandise. My CDs are 100% brand new and 100% authentic.
On occasion, I will come across a CD with a damaged jewel case. If I do, it will be noted in the listing and sold at a huge discount!
I, rarely, deal with used CDs unless the CD is just too awesome to resist. If, on those rare occasions I get a used CD, it will be clearly noted in the listing. I will use auction and/or buy it now formats to sell used CDs.
Feedback/Customer Satisfaction: I strive for perfect feedback. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your experience with me, contact me. 95% plus of issues can be resolved simply by contacting me and telling me your issue. I will work with you to resolve any and all issues to the best of my ability. Should there come a chance I can't resolve the issue, eBay will step in and become the arbiter. Any decision they make will be final and I will adhere to it 100%.
Hours of operation: I am available Monday to Saturday from 9:20am-4:00pm. If the post office is closed, I am closed. I answer all emails on a first come, first serve basis.
A final word. I strive to sell my CD's at a reasonable price. Sometimes I am the lowest. Sometimes I am not. While I can't promise you that I'll have the best prices on eBay, I can promise you the best experience in doing business with me.
