    Here is a set of 3 Fostoria USA Century Clear Glass Snack or Dessert Plates with cups.  The pattern is called Century and it is a simple yet elegant style.  The plate measures about 8" across and the cup has a nice foot to it and is about 3" tall.   All in excellent condition with no chips, nicks or cracks.   I have the other pieces of this pattern listed separately.
