1. No DMX signal/DMX function does not work:
It may be the wrong connection between the Input and Output of DMX, they need to re-wired . Or the card dragon socket is defective, but need to exchange a new part from another device for testing.
2. The bulb does not light up:
It may be the position of the bulb is not installed properly, or the bulb wiring is off.
3. The lighting effect is not good:
It may be that the bulb is loose or shifted, or it may be that the color chip of the color wheel is slightly damaged.
4. Working noise:
Normally a slight sound is present, but if there is a serious noise, it may be caused by the internal accessories stuck.
5. XY axis does not work:
It may be a problem with the Multi-function motor board, you can replace it from another device for a test.
6. The ERR indicator light is on:
You can check the wiring of the lights, bulbs, and display boards. There may be loose or unconnected locations.
